On October 15, 2008 Curtis was in a serious mtorcycle accident. He spent quite a bit of time in the shock trauma/ICU Unit at Intermountian Medical Center. The road to complete recovery is long. There have been many surgeries to reconstruct his face, teeth, and jaw bone; there will be several more. Medical bills are soaring and we, his family, are pulling together this dinner benefit to help him with medical expenses. So please join us for a night of family, friends, dinner and entertainment.
